Four pull-up and chin-up assist machine options–including HOIST’s patented Flip ‘N Grip® handles and rock-climbing grips–give users the flexibility to choose. A fold-out knee pad provides counterbalance support for both assisted chin dips and assisted dips, then easily stows away for unassisted exercises.
