Proformance Plus Prone Leg Curl
TuffStuff’s Proformance Plus Plate Loaded Prone Leg Curl (PPL-150) is designed to strengthen the hamstrings, calves and hip flexors. When lowering your feet back down, the buttocks (gluteus muscles), thighs (quadriceps), and front of the shins (tibialis anterior) are activated too.
The all-new Prone Leg Curl (PPL-150) is engineered and manufactured at TuffStuff’s California-based headquarters. Using the highest quality 2″ tubular and 2″ x 3″ rectangular steel. Full commercial quality, all products in the Proformance Plus strength line are built to withstand heavy use by serious lifters.
Simple to use and adjust, the Proformance Plus Prone Leg Curl (PPL-150) includes angled hip and chest pads designed to promote a prone position to minimize spinal hyperextension. The adjustable foot roll accommodates different leg lengths without affecting knee alignment with the axis of rotation. While the counter-balanced resistance cam ensures the starting weight is 0lbs.

The Proformance Plus Plate Loaded Prone Leg Curl (PPL-150) includes upholstery custom crafted from Premium Bolta Sport vinyl, with a PreFixx protective finish. It is mildew resistant, anti-microbial, oil and sulfide stain resistant and resists UV lightfastness. Meets or exceeds most flammability test requirements. All upholsteries are double-stitched with “hidden” borders.
