The unique split anchor design allows users to quickly and easily adjust the forces on the body by changing the width of the system.  With this versatility, you can perform a countless number of exercises while targeting more specific muscle groups and improving core strength, flexibility and muscular power.

The Jungle Gym XT secure and adjustable buckle allows for quick change of strap length from 6” for chin-up/pullup to 8’ feet for movement between exercises and positions.  The ergonomic handles also incorporate an Easy-In Foot Cradle made from a non-slip comfortable rubber material.  It also includes an integrated cinch loop attachment with door anchor which allows easy, safe, non-scuff connection to doors, Lifeline Metal Wall Mounts, bars or tree limps.
